She has done Masters of Commerce from University of Rajasthan in 2013 and a qualified Chartered Accountant clearing her finals in 2014 and also qualified Company Secretary from ICSI. She has secured All India 27th rank in CA Inter and All India 25th Rank in CS Professional. Nandita post completing her professional education started with DeloitteHaskins & Sells in 2014 in StatutoryAudit department. In 2015, she moved to Ciena India Private Limited in the Finance department where she has been involved with Statutory Compliance review (TDS, Advance Tax return), assisting tax consultant in TP assessment cases and APA requirements, finalized tax Audit Reports and providing recommendations on internal control systems. In 2017, she moved to the Corporate office of Hyatt Hotels (Hyatt India Consultancy Private limited) as a Finance manager where her work revolved around looking at the finance of all Hyatt hotels in India. She has executed Fraud Audit all acrossHotels of Hyattin India. Nandita has immense exposure in providing various GST services like GST returns, GST auditing, GST compliance support, GST refund advisory, GST advance ruling related advisory, legal opinion and consultationrelated to GST.
